Editing Units

I like to adjust naval units to the specific "Class" capabilities, particularly for BBs. How do I do this in the editor?

If you open up the campaign you wish to edit in the Editor, then go to:
Campaign -> Edit Country Data -> Edit Combat Target Data
You might want to refer to the Manual as this is covered in some detail in section 2.4.10.
