New Scenario for Beta Testing: The Fiery October Scenario #2 Operation Scabbards

This is a scenario that's in the works for The Fiery October set of scenarios, surmising a Cuban Missile Crisis turned hot. Operation Scabbards covers the first 12 hours of a US air campaign against Cuba prior to the landing of troops. This version is the rough draft and will be updated and revised through the next two weeks before the final version is released.
