Hello all

We are pleased to say the 'Close Combat - The Bloody First' (CC - TBF or simply TBF) will shortly be ready for a limited alpha test!

To help us in this period and with the preperations for entering Beta we are looking for a small group of enthusiastic testers. If you are interested in taking part please apply at the sign up page here :

We expect the Alpha test to last for approximately 4 weeks and the goal is to start before mid March

Please be aware that the initial alpha test group will be quite small so apologies in advance if you apply and are disappointed. Rest assured the beta group will be several orders of magnitude larger.

In addition, in the interests of full disclosure the alpha build will only contain the single player Tunisian campaign (so no Sicily, Normandy or multiplayer etc.) For the 'cynics' out there - and after the last few years of development I can see why there might be a few the Sicily and Normandy theatres are largely done (need some rough edges taken off). Multiplayer is also in place but not yet ready for testing. The Editor will be refined during the next few months.

We will keep you posted on progress and when the first Alpha build is ready. In the meantime see below for another screenshot.
