I think directive 21 OOB is very excellent, but I miss the fact that the corps and divisions are not linked.
you can see the 10th Pz division but the unit info does not tell you to which corps it belongs. The same with corps the historical corps exist but they dont tell you to which specific Army they belong to. Is it not possible to add this information?

I don't see how, but you can have this:

The designer didn't want to lock units into command structures which was only applicable in 1941. There's no way during the game to transfer units between commands as occurred historically.

There was no time that the Soviet formations stayed as they were in June 1941. They were constantly moving units from one army to another.

While it was not possible in TOAW 3 because of the total number of units restriction we have in some cases on the TOAW 4 Soviet OOB, for some of the rifle divisions that were surrounded and destroyed, have the newly created rifle division of the same number appear in the new army that they were assigned.

I dont often play the Russian side, so I'm mostly interested in the German side. For example, AG Norther has the 18A and the 16A, but both are displayed with the same color. Would it be possible to differentiate them?
Same with AGC and AGS.

Second, for example, 18th Army, I Korps, has the 1, 11, 21 Inf Divisions. It would be helpful to rename this divisions as 1/I, 11/I, 21/I. Only that would be very helpful to maintain the OOB and gives more important to move specific Korps HQ near the associated units.

is it feasible to make this changes only for Germany forces?

With all units on Free Support (8.6.1 Formation Characteristics and Effects) you can use the full array of 55 unit colors. You can also recolor them to look any way you want.
