PBEM balance - how is it?

How's the PBEM balance? I read that Case Blue is way off in favor of Germany. Also anyone know how balance is in the France scenario?

Hi jjdenver,
Can't vouch for DC1 or DC2 but we've collected a lot of stats (metrics) on PBEM games for DC3 and it's more or less where it should be (50/50).
That said player skill levels can make a huge difference.

Overall DC:B is quite balanced.
However, a lot depends on how experienced the German player is. At beginner/intermediate level I'd have to say the Soviet side is favored, but at very high level play I'd tip the advantage to the German side.
Nevertheless it's a very enjoyable PBEM experience which challenges both sides.

Agree with Erzac, having played a dozen or so PBEM games. At top skill level the Germans have the advantage, but most will find Russians easier to play.
