[FIXED B998.8] Snoopy from Silent service: can't complete scenario in 998.7

So i've done all the tasks in the "Snoopy" mission in Silent Service campaign as per score log:
And sadly I still can't progress tot he next mission, that's how the scoring screen looks like:
before and after mission time elapsed. Same issue when I restarted the mission. Attaching save!
