Resolution Problem

Using Windows 10, have it set at 1920 x 1080 but get this error message:
Make sure your DPI setting in Windows is set to 100%. If this doesn't help change setting in Configuration file to
Windowed=Yes
Sizex=1920
Sizey=1080
