Compilation of working graphic mods?

I am very new to the game and wanted to install some graphic mods. I searched the forum and many links, screenshots doesnt work anymore. I also read that some mods caused problems with different patches. I have the steam version installed with the latest beta patch. Is there a nice little list with compatible graphic mods or does someone has for example a zip file or something similar with all the actual working mods?
