I keep getting this error trying to load PBEM server game

I'm using game v 1.12 and I have a game that I exited using the exit button (bottom button on the vertical row of buttons top right of screen). When I try to go to PBEM++ server and reload the game I have a plane that needs to be placed as a reinforcement. Whether I click ok or cancel I get this error. Is my PBEM game done? If so how do I get it removed from my PBEM++ list of games?
