Cannot play scenarios after downloading new scenarios Warfare Sims

Every time I attempt to play a scenario I get the following msgs:
ERROR: The scenario file is probably corrupted. Could not determine which database to use.
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Is your C:MANO installation up to the latest revision? It could be that the database used in the latest community pack is newer than that in your installation. One thing to check anyway.

Is there a 1.13.2 and 1.13.3

The current release is 1.14. The latest CP has been updated to use the latest database from that release

I cannot get 1.14 to load, it goes through the whole process of updating but when I go in and check the version number it still reads 1.13 and the scenarios still will not play.

Do you have more than one instance of Command installed? It will only update the last instance installed.

No, only one version loaded in. I received an email from BlueSnap with a link to download the game again. I did not request this but am going to do it, not sure what version it is, will let you know, thanks for your assistance however.

After loading in v1.12 there are two updates, v1.13 and v1.14, 1.14 includes 1.14.exe, 1.14.2 and 1.14.3. Do I need to download 1.13 and what order do I run 1.14. I was just running 1.14.exe, thinking it would include .2 and .3 Is that correct.
