Black Unit List Graphics Mod

Per discussion HERE, this modification changes the sidebar Unit List graphics to have a Black background for easier reading, ditto for F2 Unit Handbook dialog.

PS Feel free to copy and create alternate versions per your liking. Here's the MERDC camo pattern colors as they are used in the game, for matching colors:
