How do I get a license to play this game, I bought it sometime ago. Had to reload the whole series of CMNAO
but cannot get the scenarios to play.

Surely someone must know what I am talking about.

If you bought the Matrix edition (not Steam), go to Matrix games, log in, and you should be able to find all the games you own and their license keys.

Go to SUPPORT then MY PRODUCTS. Presto - a list of everything.

If it's Steam someone else will have to chime in.

I have a directory in my Documents called "Software Info" where I make simple text files that have the license keys for everything I own on my computer, for just such a problem. Comes in pretty handy for times like this.

Which scenarios are giving you problems?

In order to use new features that are most likely incorporated in new scenario's, you will need to upgrade classic command with a DLC. In this case I think you will most likely need the Chains of war DLC to get these scenarios to run...

According to my scenario list in the game, Chains of War shows up with all of the scenarios.

It will show up, but without being licensed none will actually start. Everything shows in the scenario list.

So dumb question - did you buy a license for Chains of War? It's an add-on DLC that you have to pay for. Same with Northern Inferno and Silent Service. And all the LIVE scenarios.

Yes, I bought them all and have the serial numbers, is that what they call a license.

When you apply the update, it goes into the CMANO directory, right. There is no file that is titled Shifting Sands or any other DLC. I hope I am right.

Oh, ok, so run the installer again. The very first window that opens, there is a window at the bottom with all the currently licensed products that you have. Top of that screen is all the possible ones. You can select each one in turn and it will give you a place to enter each of your serial numbers. Just keep doing that until you've licensed everything. Then you can exit the installer right there. No need to do anything more because everything is already physically installed.

When you say run the installer again, there are three files, 13.2, 13.3 and 13.exe, which one should I click on. I really appreciate you guys helping me out, I am at a loss, first time I have had this much trouble upsating any game.
