Maybe Matrix could have links more visible for this to attract more players to it. I only discovered it by accident and if I didnt have it booked marked it takes me 10 minutes to find the site.

Ok..for those dummies like me Matrix has a forum called MGN..Matrix Games Network and here you will find discussion on playing online games as well as access to the Combat Command where League ladders etc are for World @ War

If you look in the SPWaW root directory you will see a pdf file Combat Command Manual and inside it tell you the link and the rules.
