When I add air support to an attack in the battle planner, I don't see any change in the odds or AR. How is air support ap factored in?

I did do a search for 'support' and looked in various tutorials, but have found nothing.

Supporting units don't change odds or AR, as coordination doesn't also. The fact is that you can't know the level of coordination and support of opposing units, so the odds would be biased. You need to guess the impact of these factors.

Thanks. At least now I know there is an effect when adding air support, but it just can't be quantified in the battle planner.
