[RESOLVED] Cannot Open Air Operations - Build 998.7

Hello,
I have WOTY edition along with Chains of War installed. It is ver 1.14 Build 998.7. I have them via Steam. I uninstalled both games and re-installed them.
The issue that I am having is that I cannot open up the Air Operations screen. I click on AIRCRAFT, I get the "hour glass" as if it is working, then nothing. I have also tried hitting F6 and still nothing.
My system specs are as follow:
ASUS ROG Maximus X Hero
Intel Core i7 - 8700K OC'd to 5Ghz
G.Skill TridentZ 32GB 3200Mhz
Samsung EVO 850 500GB x2
GeForce GTX 1080 FE
It is odd because it was working fine earlier this week, and it works fine on my laptop which is a Razer Blade Stealth. Thanks.
