Looking for Japanese Player - Closed

Hi,
After lurking in the background of these forums for some time, I have decided to step out of the shadows and seek a opponent for a campaign. I can run at least 1 turn per day, maybe more dependent on timing.

I'd prefer scen 1 or 2, house rule can be negotiated.
