I had an idea for Mods but I don't know if it's within the scripts possibilities.

When strat bombers are not intercepted by fighters, the bombed country received a national morale reduction.

Basically you'd have to cover your cities or face sharp drop of morale over time if you leave them undefended.

Problem with that is that strategic bombing never provided such a NM hit. If often enough backfired (Blitz and Bombing the Reich) when it came to NM.

Yeah... because the Royal Air Force was flying above kicking all sorts of asses. Now imagine all the planes are in Egypt instead. [:)]

They don't have to be winning the air engagement... just showing fighting spirit by their usage (and not cowardly grounded).
