Heya!
Questions:
1-Are units completed but not yet placed on the map counted in the unit count in the ledger?
2-When calculating mpp lost to unit, does it take into account if the unit has been destroyed in supply or not?

Hi
1. no idea
2. I'd like to add one thought. I think it is the amount of MPP paid for the unit. So if you buy it the first time it is the full price. If you buy it again with a * you only get this value for the statistics.

1) As far as I can tell and from what I remember they shouldn't be.
2) It should be as LLv34Mika suggests, the amount of MPP paid for the unit.

Buy German units for Russian invasion.
Do not place on map. Wait until you wish to invade then drop them on the border.
Avoid raising USSR mobilization. Keep unit count hidden.

That was the context of my question. [:D] In my current game vs Sugar, I thought the german unit count was low pre-barbarossa and I was wondering if the unit 'in storage' were counted or not.

Maybe units in production should count as half a unit in the ledger. That would indicate something was up, but not to the full extent.

The sudden addition of many units that would slow down USSR mobilization seems to be more useful than hiding unit count.
Once you're over..18? then USSR mob goes up. But using this method would allow a quick placement of say 15-20 units.
Its pretty clever. If you had to place them as they came on-line and placed them near the front, it would be more mobilization...I think?
I need to play against humans. Too bad i don't have a good time to do that.
