This is from "Wise's War" played with the Germans. See the attached save game for details.

There is a single M10, which is BU and STUNNED. Since I previously killed - much to my surprise [:D] - another M10 with 20mm fire, I decided to fire to the last survivor. When I select the M10 as a target with the 20mm FlaK in 31,25 the selection panel shows both "INFANTRY" and "AFV" as active targets, even though the AFV is BU [&:].
Moreover, when I tried firing at the M10 with the infantry squads in 33,26 and 30,25, both of them fired on the BU M10 [&:] (even though their fire had no effect).

Am I missing something? As far as I recall HE and small arms should not have any effect on BU AFVs.

This is a bug, when you try to fire with the AA 20mm Flak, you should only see the AFV option in the target type dialog. I will see if I can squeeze this fix for UPDATE5 or I will post it into the tech forum as a post release update.
