To apply: Unzip into your existing CMANO installation folder.

Build 998.9 Release Notes (changes from B998.8)
--------------------------------------------------------------

* FIXED: Sub at periscope depth unable to snorkel due to a rounding error
* FIXED: [B998.8] Submarine at 0 speed unable to rise to surface
* FIXED: Event unit filter not filtering by target type for specific unit
* FIXED: Possible null-reference crash at startup if the \Config folder is not present
* FIXED: Navigation waypoints of selected unit do not display selection caret
* FIXED: Spratly island facilities in COW#11 (Air-Sea Battle) cannot be attacked because they are considered underwater
* FIXED: EA-03 Soar Dragon altitude
* FIXED: Slow-climb issue for large-size aircraft (requires rebuilding with v474 DB)
* FIXED: Possible Error: F-15E Strike Eagle, USAF 2016 AIM-120D

* UI: If a secondary form is outside (or almost completely so) of the visible desktop area, re-center it
* Includes updated terrain elevation data for the Chinese artificial reefs/islands.
* Includes the v474 versions of the DB3000 and CWDB databases.
* Includes an updated version of "Commonwealth Collision", rebuilt with DB3000 v474.

Finally, we can shell Chinese artificial islands back to water. Can I switch off terrain elevation modifier for pre-reclamation scenarios?

Also, can you add Hong Kong International Airport (1997-) to the modifier as well? I really need that to make a proper HKG build:

Bug: submarines can not hold constant depth when in motion.
(i played "Basic submarine tutorial")

Probably a dumb question but how do you this with the steam version? Can’t seem to uninstall just the commonwealth scenario except manually but that does not trigger a new download.

This is not available through Steam. You just download via the link in the original post and unzip the contents to where Steam put CMANO (by default C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Command Modern Air Naval Operations on 32-bit Windows systems or C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Command Modern Air Naval Operations on 64-bit Windows systems).
