Battle of the bulge - which one?

Good day all,
I'm planning on playing a Battle of the Bulge Scenario. I know that Larry is doing the Autumn Fog one and it looks very good. Does anyone else have a favourite? I intend to play at the Allied player.
Thanks for your help,
Mike

Mike,
Thanks for indicating the side you will take.
The choice depends on the complexity:
Steve Sills Autumn Fog is excellent. As noted in the briefing, a bit of"what if". I do not have experience as an Allied player and may present you with a good challenge.
I highly recommend a McBride's Rundstedt's Plan Martin, another "what if" that envisions the front from Aachen to Saarburg. Near monster size. McBride's attached Document is required reading and it alone is worth the price of admission.
Bulge 44 by James Burnes, a talented designer, was included in the earlier TOAW editions.
Ardennes 1944, by yours truly. upgraded almost yearly on 16Dec for a dozen years. Note the latest version (v5.0) included in the Mod section of this forum. Although it can be played Allied vs PO as well as PBEM, it was designed and tested as German vs PO Allied. So it may not be what you are looking for. Never the less I used Col. Trevor Dupay Hitler's Last Gamble as a reference. An invaluable reference: weekly division strength of personnel and AFV.
One side note. In Dec 1944 the Germans were able to drive almost to the Mosel. However, in Jan 45, the Allies were not able to push the Germans to the West Wall. Why?
Good luck!

Rob,
Thank you very much the suggestions. Your response is awesome and makes me want to try them all!
Does your scenario use the overextended supply threshold rules? That would make me really think about trying it as the German...
I read lots of books on this battle years ago. I will chase down the one by Dupay.
Have a good day,

Currently gaming on two Bulge games simultaneous. I highly recommend BULGE 44, six hour turns, company, battalion, and regiment level. 123 turns of small unit actions.

Mike,
Ardennes 1944 v5.0 does use the overextend supply threshold rules.
