"Not connected to server"

When I tried to Enter the Lobby from the multiplayer section, it kept saying "Not connected to server". I don't know why, I created a multiplayer account on there and filled in everything.

welcome to the forum, normally that's a firewalls permissions issue, just make your on the latest game version and also install and run as admin and let the app access the net, then there is no issues
