How does one get a paratroop unit loaded onto a transport and then flown and droppedinto combat? I have both transport and para unit in same hex but when the transport flies the para unit stays behind

On paradrop phase, right click ATR plane and select "load PARA on plane" or something like that. Then you can fly and drop unit to combat.

And this is how it actually goes, right click and choose "load".
