just added my serial in the member area but it doesn't appear on the list.

Also all of my games are disappeared when I merged my account with slitherine.

then you need to contact full support, as forum helpers and mods will only pass you on like i'm doing now, as it's a merge issue, not a site one i'm sorry to say, as can't help or handle it / eg help you [:(]
