Have 2 problems with TOAW4, recently purchased.

1. Maps in all scenariios I've played are grey/white, no colour.

2. After un-installing & re-installing numerous times with no helpful results, I now have a 2nd problem.
Game welcome screen opens Up OK, which it always did, with colour.
However when I click "play game" I get an "all text" screen, no graphics. When I click on this to play a new game, I get another text screen listing scenarios, but no graphics, and this is is far as I can get.

Game installed & works OK on my desktop, and 9 year old Macbook, under bootcamp.

Am running Win 10 on Acer F15 Aspire laptop, with 12 Gb ram, 2.5 Ghz CPU, and 520 Mb Intel graphics.

Have tried tech support but no luck. Any help would be welcome.

I'm answering on the other thread. No Graphics might be caused by a non-english user name. Someone posted that setting the contrast to 0 will create a black and white display.
