French manual in English?

I just opened the "Strategic Command Manual_FR.pdf" and noticed that it was in English. The Essential*_FR guide is in French. I can't imagine that no one else has noticed so maybe some unpacking error on my system (?) just thought I'd mention it in case. (I have a friend in France who is interested).

This is correct as from what I remember the French manual was released in English.
