Hi,

The manual says you can set the ToeM for units in a column on the Commander's Report. However, I saw no such column on any of the various tabs of that report.

How can I set the ToeM for all my units globally?

Click where the arrow points to and it will take you into a dialogue for batch changing maximum ToEs
