Can't drain pilots from pools

Hi all,
it's 2 turns that I'm no more able to drain pilots from pools. [:(]
I click either the button "get trained pilot crew" or "get max trained pilots crews" and the pool lowers but no pilot arrive to the unit;
it's not a good bargain
playing battleground italy 43-45 - turn 68 - mrblizzard vs sbit - server game
