How do you destroy Axis units that cant leave Vichy or free french zones.

How do you destroy Axis units that cant leave Vichy or free french zones.
You don't have to destroy any Axis units. Axis units in Vichy controlled hexes "teleport" to the nearest available Axis controlled hex. Axis units in Free French territories stay where they are.
