I saw this on the Slitherine forum.
The Patch notes say it fixes some crashes.

I posted this on Slitherine but wanted to post here in-case someone missed it.
('FYI when installing the 1.0.3.1 update over the 1.0.2 version I get a warning that I already have a newer version of the game installed.
I ran the patch anyway and it seems to have updated correctly.
Previous Version was (1.0.2 build 1515) after new patch version it now says (1.0.3 build 1530)')
