I just purchased and downloaded Strategic Command Classic WWII. When I launch the game, I only get three choices on the menu; Pacific Theater, Patton Drives East and Play Weapons and Warfare. How do I get to the other campaigns?

All campaigns are under one of those choices. For example, Pacific Campaigns come under the first.

Campaign heading title is a little vague but I did find it. Thanks
