2. The upshot is is that I'm playing with both limited overseas supply and limited supply across straights. I have oil consuming units on the Japanese home island of Kyushu that I was unable to reorganize. However, I was able to save an oil point to that home island from an adjacent island using the straights from that island to Kyushu.

3. Courtenay has explained to me in the thread referenced in 1 that this is indeed a bug. Basically, if I can't trace oil across the straight for reorg, I shouldn't be able to ship a resource point across either.

4. I'll dig up a couple of game saves on this. One during the use final production phase when I was able to ship an oil point across to be saved and one during the use oil phase when I couldn't get oil across to reorg the Japanese units on Kyushu.

Actually, I think the game turn for the use oil phase will do, which I'll provide in the next post. In this post, I've got a screen cap showing how I'm unable to use the Synth oil point Kyoto to reorg units on Kyushu but can save that oil point to Fukuoka, which is on Kyushu.
