After the usual happenings Iraq has changed the sides a 4. time; first after the economic sanctions, 2. after the brit. invasion, 3. after liberating by the Axis, and 4. after occupation of Bagdad by a quick unit.

Seems odd it also turned the whole country british again, while Germany had to liberate every ressource itself one after another, and now again probably:

In this last instance it sounds as though it has surrendered to the British, and this is what will have made all parts of the country, unless occupied by a friendly Axis unit, switch to Allied control.

It's the generic behaviour we have with surrenders, whereas liberations work differently in that all territory has to be physically liberated.
