Germany getting It foreign units?

This has never happened to me before, but in my latest solitaire Global War during the Production Phase I discovered Germany (and only Germany) has the option to build several units only Italy should be able to build, all of them in the "Horn of Africa" - Ethiopean, French Somalian & British Somalian units! I save often, so it was no big deal when I built a British Somalian unit and couldn't place it due to the presence of an Italian unit. I just went back to my last save and did a work around. Just wondering if this has ever been reported before?

No. Can you post a gamesave (if possible before production) so we can investigate?

OK. It has continued through several production cycles and avoiding having units that can't stack with German units in those areas seems to solve the problem. But eliminating the problem would be better certainly, so thanks!
