Playing the 1940 Campaign.
When I try to bomb an area the target is the railyard.
Is there a way to select area for target so you can have terror points?

If you use the toggle on urban areas button on the right panel it will display area targets so you can select them as targets easier during the planning phase.

They will show as red circles and you may note that some appear where there was no map icon so you should always use this toggle in your terror campaigns.

It is not just that.As I see if you target an area on a day mission it automatically targets the rail.
To target an area it must be a night bombing mission.

You should still get the terror points and rail damage from bombing the rail. That's what happens in BTR; the population centers are all displayed as rail targets.
