DPI maybe, but a report will tell me more
How to get a DirectX Diagnostic file:
1. click on "START"
2. click "run"
3. type in "dxdiag" and click "OK"
4. check through the tabs and perform all tests
5. click "Save all Information..." and save the text file to a location of your choice
We prefer that DxDiag files be posted as message attachments rather than pasted into the body of the post.
once the report has been made, just attach it to your post with first adding the file to a zip, which is then permitted to attach to the forum

so question is, do you use 2 monitors?
as tbh the intel chipset can't and won't control 2 screens with different settings / res and hasn't the memory to do much more than some very basic games
while all in one pc's are ok, without the ability to add a GPU dedicated card into the mix, it may be little use with some games.
screen taring is just one of the effects, with others just flatly refusing to run or work at all

simply try to use one screen on one of the 2 settings shown, 1280 x 1024 or 1920 x 1080
the gpu onboard chip use shared memory leaving your system low of base memory also,
so advice is for me, update the sound drivers

and then reboot and see if it works any better, good luck
on windows 10 also, it doesn't by default load some file some older games use, which can and does help some games, not saying this one, just in general, so you lose nothing by adding it, and it doesn't slow down the pc only makes it more compatible
