...and of course, when I go to continue the campaign, only the HQ's group was brought forward to the next battle. No "Scheduled Arrivals" in the dialog. IDK if this is normal.....

Also, Side B was set to Manual, not Computer Controlled, as I tried to advance the turns to see if the rest of the Bn would show up.

Is there a way to load "Saved As" files in the campaign. The 'File Menu" does not respond to the "Open" command.....

No, not normal. You should be seeing scheduled reinforcements.

Do you still have the save files from your original run-through? Best, save files from the very beginning of scenario 2. I can probably hack in the missing reinforcements, thereby allowing you to continue. If all then goes well with scenario 2, if this issue recurs in subsequent scenarios (likely?), we can try the same fix there also.
