Angola 1971

Yet another scenario from Rugged Defense. This one covers the war in Angola, I believe from its date of commencement to its end. It's a larger scenario, at least in the number of turns. Any playtesting comments would be appreciated but, like the other scenarios I have uploaded, it should ideally work just fine.
