PBEM Online Communication Error

Version 1.14. Go to click on PBEM and get Server Communication Error (-4). Can't even get to see my opponents turns to play. Is the server down?

no one else has mentioned it as of yet, so no reports in any of the tech support sections today

have reported the error, but as of yet, these are the only 2 reports

Still cannot connect to the server...
