Loading Foot Leaders Glitch

I've ran a little test with foot leaders loading because I noticed in one of my scenario creations that Algerian
foot leaders wouldn't load on to a transport.
In the test I used a (1)Command Rating Leader and in most cases a (2) Strength Point Jeep or Light Truck.
It appears in my attached scenario setup that the following 4 countries can't load foot leaders:
Generic Pro West
Generic Pro East
Libya
Algeria
I suspect a coding issue with the foot leaders of those countries.
Just thought the Dev Team should know for future updates.[:)]
