I have got a little error

I still get this too from time to time...but it happens when I end my turn in a PBEM++ game. The game turn saves ok and nothing seems to have been affected by it...

I have seen this as well from time to time, but have not been able to repeat it to the point that I could diagnose and fix it. But I did find one item on my end that could be connected and it is now fixed for the next update.
