My WBTS crashes when the pbm game starts and the error code is as follows: fatal error Code #123999777 error in
serial number as entered. This is the second time this has happened to me. First time, I gave up and installed the
game on a second computer and it worked fine for at least a year then the fatal error code zaps me on a different
computer. I reinstalled the game and latest patch and then same result.
