I was under the impression that TOAW III maps and sceanrio's worked in IV. I tried uploading a map which I made and scenario and neither worked...

Load into the editor and save them. Worked for me.

I have uploaded three of my scenario's and it worked. Only problem is I will have to rework the entire OOB, but that's not a big deal. Thanks for the help
