I have uploaded the manual for GD1938v3 to a dropbox link. That is, you can download it, but won't be able to edit or do anything else with it, other than hopefully read it.

I am doing this a day earlier than release, so everyone has a chance to read it, so they can be as prepared as possible for the actual game. The Manual will of course be packaged with the game too, so you will always have it as a reference, even if I don't keep the link up sometime in the future.
