Tips for the Korea tutorial

Tips for the Korea tutorial

I've been playing through the Korea tutorial scenario as the North Koreans, but I am running into what I think are ahistorical circumstances, probably due to my lack of skill as of yet in TOAW4. I'm only on about Turn 7-8 but already I'm having the snot kicked out of me by US forces, and I'm increasingly unable to do as much damage to them. If things continue this way I won't be able to make it to the estimated end of the scenario before losing or coming into a position where loss is almost guaranteed.

So, does anyone have any tips for what to do in this scenario? I will attach a copy of my save in case anyone wants to check out my situation as it stands.
