Hi

I killed all Yugo units and taken all but one town but still no surrender.... is this possible?

This has been going on for 4 turns, the capital was taken on the first turn

It happened to my opponent in one of my pbem games and Hubert had to manually make them kneel.

So only God(Hubert) can make them surrender..

I didn't realize they didn't surrender, I just thought the troops didn't disappear.

Is there anything I can do on my end?
