I´ve realized that anti-torpedo torpedoes have a base PH of 0% against several types of torpedoes (I check it out against USET-80K, 65-76 Kit and UGST). The system detects the inbound torpedo and launch the interceptor, but it simple misses again and again.

From the log: Torpedo Anti-torpedo Torpedo [Countermeasure Anti-Torpedo] #4 is attacking USET-80K #3 with a base PH of 0%. Target is torpedo - hit probability halved. Final PH: 0%. Result: 35 - MISS - REATTACK
