Anyone interested in playing? I'm usually good for a turn a day, if not more. I will play any faction.

Hey, I can't commit to a game with 2-3 players (too many nations to be effective and timely) as I'm in one now and it does take a good deal of time(but I tend towards overkill), brother. But if you decided on, and get, more players, where I can be one nation (or so), I'd love to play. Keep me abreast, the game is a real blast, so I'm very interested in some extra battlin'. GL luck on putting a game together.

If you play the Soviets, that is just one nation. Then we just need one more player to play either the Axis or the Western Allies.

All right, after talking with Chuck, I'll take Axis. Just give me 6-8 months of game time to whip up my forces to my liking, and then the pace will increase. If that' okay, then count me in, sir.

As much as I would like to play I cannot at this time commit to another game...darn it. It simply takes too much time to play as one of three players in this massive game.

Started as Axis... but before I continue, I figured you should give me the okay if this is what you want, Quibbles.

Just a remark, GD 1938 v3 wasn´t designed for 2 players, it needs at least three players. With two players this game creates lots of internal conflicts for the allied player since it´s impossible for USSR to have a joint victory with the western allies. The game also can be be played by more than three players.

I don't think anyone is considering a two player game. The original poster was to be a third, with ArmouredLion and myself.

At this stage I am considering the game a non-starter, although ArmouredLion has an Axis turn ready I believe.

GD1938v3 is very intense, and time and effort heavy. Played with care, "extreme micro management", the Allied and Axis turns can take well over six hours each. Every supply boffin must be given their due. It is a lot of work, and you have to love it to enjoy it.

If you get into a game it opens wonderful doors, but it requires commitment!

I have no preference, I will play any side.

Whoever wants to play the Axis can get the game started (if I am the Axis, let me know and I will get it started), and we can use dropbox or email to send turns back and forth.

True, I didn´t read the thread with the necessary attention. The thread title raised the possibility of a two player game, but then it became clear that a three player game was choosen.

Hey, Scott. Had the alpha version on my comp when I created the game... means we will have issues. Chuck couldn't load a ton of graphics when I sent him the file. So I need to recreate the game and redo my turn... sorry for the delay.
