Non-logged divisions

V 1.05.5
13. August 1941
I order
Panzergruppe 4 to Rest & Refit and get the information that all 7 divisions are affected.
According to OOB, the Panzergruppe 4 consists 9 divisions! [&:]

Hi Templer,
That ones O.K.
It's telling you that a 'full mechanical refit' will affect 7 divisions. There are a couple of infantry divisions in the PG that this doesn't apply to.

I count 3 panzer divisions and 3 motorized divisions.
That makes only 6 divisions eligible for a 'full mechanical refit'.
Now I am even more confused. [&:]

Here is the Panzer divisions OOB round 2 of the campaign.

Hi Templer,
The report is generated dynamically so it would indicate, at the time the report was made, that there were 7 mechanised divisions.
I can't recall off the top of my head if the 2nd Pz Div is withdrawn from 4 PG at some point but that's possible or perhaps it has been lost?
