Hi Templer,
Past relationships are randomised each playthrough. An individual may or may not be mentioned.

Then such a list (means to list) seems unreliable, incomplete, not informative, quite useless, meaningless.

Hi Templer,
That's a bit harsh.
If a specific individual isn't mentioned then it would indicate that their past relationship is neutral.

Are you saying now, if his past relationship
is neutral, or if his past relationship
was neutral at the beginning of the campaign?
So you say that has something to do with the past relationships (Manual p. 75, 4.8.1.6) at the beginning of the game?
Strange design decision - I keep that in mind.

Hi Templer,
Let's say you know a bunch of people who happen to be German Generals and what not.
Some of them won't like you because of things that have happened between you in the past, others will.
There will also be some that neither particularly like or dislike you as nothing notable has passed between you to date.
